Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire Fimpec Group
If completed, the acquisition will increase Sweco's organisation by around 400 employees and strengthen Sweco's position as an expert in consulting, engineering as well as project and construction management, especially in the energy and industry sectors. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. Read more
