To fully align with the Sweco strategy and to simplify the organisation, Sweco announces an adjustment to its business area structure. In conjunction, Bo Carlsson is retiring from Sweco’s Executive Team.

Jonas Dahlberg to leave his position as CFO of Sweco

Sweco AB (Sweco) (Nasdaq Stockholm; ticker symbol SWECA and SWECB) today announces that Jonas Dahlberg will leave his position as CFO of Sweco after close to 11 years at the company to take on the role as CFO of Transcom WorldWide AB. Sweco has initiated the process of finding a successor. Jonas Dahlberg will continue in his current role during his notice period.

Sweco strengthens its position in safety expertise services

Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire Linnunmaa Ltd, a chemical and environmental safety consultancy in Finland. This acquisition further strengthens Sweco’s offering in technical and regulatory safety expertise and environmental services.
