We offer owner’s engineering services – or development monitoring services – to support our customers’ organisations.

Their purpose is to make sure that the customer’s goals and intent are upheld at different stages of the project. We offer these owner’s engineering services especially in the technical and financial areas that fall outside the buyer’s main area of business, in particular with regards to construction contracting or building projects.

Owner’s engineering services are useful at many different stages of a project. In the early stages of a project, such as during project development, owner’s engineering services may include assignments such as reviewing contract documents, recommendations for improving the documents, identifying potential risks in the documents and the recommended further measures. The development monitoring services may be linked to monitoring that the contract terms between two different parties are fulfilled. Typical aspects of development monitoring include the schedule, degree of readiness and the project finances. Towards the end of the project, the development monitoring services can be related to monitoring the plans and implementation of the commissioning and warranty stages’ assignments.
