Geotechnical engineering
Our geotechnical engineering has a long history in railway construction and designs in Finland. We are an active developer and pioneer in Finnish geotechnical engineering.
Our designers have years of experience in carrying out demanding geotechnical commissions in Finland and abroad, including street, road, track and building construction projects. Our expertise covers all the route construction layers, subgrade reinforcements, ditches and foundations for pipelines and pumping stations, buildability reviews, groundwater reviews, bridge foundations, noise barriers, and retaining walls.
Our expertise in geotechnical engineering for construction and industry covers the following areas: foundations, ditches, subgrade reinforcements, dewatering land and buildings, groundwater management, pile-driving, and excavation.
Our aim is to develop new and increasingly accurate geotechnical calculation and survey methods, as well as ever better and more affordable subgrade construction methods.
Our designers have years of experience in carrying out demanding geotechnical commissions in Finland and abroad, including street, road, track and building construction projects. We aim to provide our customers with bespoke, cost-effective subgrade structure solutions.
In order to achieve this, we use the latest geotechnical design and calculation software.
