At Sweco there is no distant future, as we are already planning it today. Designing cities of the future and our environment requires innovations, strong technological know-how and new experts with a burning passion for taking part in designing a more sustainable society.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

We offer students at the end of their studies in the field of technology opportunities for both summer internships and part-time work in addition to their studies, and thereby also opportunities for doing the final work.<\/p>\n

Sweco employees work on the most interesting and challenging projects in the field in Finland and around the world.\u00a0There are already 3,000<\/strong> of us in Finland and 23,000<\/strong> globally.<\/p>\n

We want to offer a good summer job experience to summer trainees, whom we recruit about 100 annually.\u00a0We participate in the annual Responsible Summer Job campaign.\u00a0In the campaign, we commit to the principles of good summer work.\u00a0Responsibility is important to us and it shows in all our work.<\/p>\n

Especially in the early stages of a career, the support of a supervisor and colleagues is important.\u00a0We put special emphasis on orientation and offer the best summer work experiences, opportunities and challenges to help you develop your career.<\/p>\n

When assessing us this year, our summer workers highlighted Sweco\u2019s genuinely good atmosphere<\/strong>, equal treatment<\/strong> and meaningful work tasks<\/strong>. The survey results indicated that our summer workers got to genuinely utilise their own know-how in their work and develop professionally<\/strong>. The general happiness of our summer workers is at a very high level, and many continue their work with us after the summer and are happy to recommend Sweco to their acquaintances as well.<\/p>\n
