All planning and implementation are carried out in close collaboration with the client.<\/p>\n<h3>Design phase<\/h3>\n<p>During the design phase, our quality assurance experts can significantly influence the indoor climate of the completed building. We plan structural solutions and select materials that are both functional and easy to implement.<\/p>\n<p>Experts review the design documents and building descriptions, offering improvement suggestions when needed\u2014always with a focus on factors that affect indoor air quality. As the project moves toward the building permit stage, a moisture management coordinator is appointed to prepare a moisture management report.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary concrete testing is also conducted during the design phase to verify the properties required by the concrete specifications and ensure the mix performs as intended. These tests are tailored to each project\u2019s specific quality assurance requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Construction phase<\/h2>\n<p>During construction, we ensure that all agreed quality assurance measures are implemented and provide guidance for preparing cleanliness and moisture management plans. Concrete quality assurance during construction is a key part of overall site quality management, and proper execution helps prevent issues in the finished structure.<\/p>\n<p>Site-specific quality assurance includes regular inspections (moisture and cleanliness), tracer tests, air leakage measurements, moisture monitoring, environmental tracking, concrete sample preparation, air content measurement during pours, and temperature control for large pours. Regular meetings and site visits ensure up-to-date conditions and allow for quick responses to changes.<\/p>\n<h2>Operational phase<\/h2>\n<p>In the operational phase, we review ventilation system measurement records, verify system performance, and assess the final cleaning level of the spaces. The compliance of the finished concrete structure can be evaluated using rebound hammer tests, pull-off adhesion tests, and, if needed, strength testing of structural samples.
