Quantity calculation and management<\/h2>\n

Quantity management lays the foundation for success in pricing and the implementation phase of a construction project. With quantity information, risks can be minimized and your company gains a clear competitive advantage. Our quantity management experts produce quantity lists in accordance with the Talo-80 standard. Our customers can utilise itemised quantity information both in the quotation phase and in production. Quantity lists are delivered to the customer’s calculation programs as customized transfer files. In public surveys, the cost of the quantity is divided between the contractors who ordered the object.<\/p>\n

Building services calculation<\/h2>\n

We also calculate HVAC volumes based on BIMs from the IFC model in projects where the design has been done with Revit. We can produce the quantities as soon as the plans are received in the contract survey. This saves the HVAC contractor time from their own calculations and allows them to focus directly on the pricing of quantities.<\/p>\n

The HVAC M\u00e4\u00e4r@ service<\/strong> includes clear quantity lists by HVAC design field and a list of quantities according to the national nomenclature. The amount can be broken down into lists of quantities using the divisions IV, LJ, YY and SPR. Pricing is based on the number of buyers.<\/p>\n
