A Clear project snapshot in 10 Minutes<\/h2>\n

The digital project snapshot gives all stakeholders a clear and easily understandable view of the project\u2019s current status in as little as 10 minutes. There is no need to search for information across multiple systems or manually combine data – all essential information is consolidated into a single, clear browser-based view.<\/p>\n

From the comprehensive snapshot, it is easy to filter out exactly the information needed, such as the status of partition wall installations or concrete pours. The snapshot can be viewed visually in a Microsoft Power BI environment or embedded directly into the project\u2019s Teams channel.<\/p>\n

The digital project snapshot supports the core functions of project management and helps keep the overall project under control. The greatest benefits are achieved when the snapshot is an integrated part of Sweco\u2019s project management and client organization.<\/p>\n

We ensure that status data is recorded systematically from the very beginning, allowing the snapshot to update automatically and remain reliable. The snapshot has been developed especially for the construction and commissioning phases, but it also effectively supports design management. During the design phase, for example, interim milestones, working hours, and schedule forecasts can be monitored\u2014while recognizing that design is a creative process in which progress is not always directly proportional to hours worked.<\/p>\n
