HSE at the core of responsible project management<\/h1>\n

Professional HSE management ensures that project safety, environmental responsibilities, and regulatory requirements are managed consistently throughout the entire project lifecycle. We promote safety management in projects through risk management, site supervision, and the prevention of the grey economy. We oversee site safety as safety coordinators and as HSE managers\/engineers, ensuring that the main contractor and subcontractors comply with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

Safety management also includes cooperation with authorities to prevent the grey economy in projects. In this work, our strong expertise is highlighted particularly in areas such as contractor liability obligations and compliance with legislation on foreign employees.<\/p>\n

We provide safety training and inspections, and report any potential safety risks and incidents to the client in accordance with the scope required by the project.<\/p>\n

In projects, we promote environmentally responsible and sustainable project management and construction together with the client. We support the definition of sustainability goals related to, for example, circular economy solutions, low-carbon construction, energy efficiency, and biodiversity.<\/span>Our sustainability coordinators guide projects toward the defined objectives and develop solutions that contribute to a more sustainable society. We also provide expertise in environmental legislation, the new Building Act, and voluntary environmental initiatives.<\/p>\n
