    The renovation of the Stockmann property in central Turku was a major refurbishment project delivered in phases while the building remained in operation. Sweco acted as construction management consultant and site supervisor throughout both the design and construction phases. In addition, Sweco was responsible for the project\u2019s structural engineering as well as HVAC design, helping ensure smooth implementation and continuity of operations during the refurbishment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

    Aurum<\/strong><\/a>, a joint project of the University of Turku and \u00c5bo Akademi University, brings together research, education, and industry collaboration within the Turku campus area. Sweco served as the project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the project planning phase through completion and the warranty period, and was responsible for construction management and site supervision.     The E18 Turku Ring Road<\/a> is one of the key infrastructure projects in Southwest Finland, improving traffic flow and safety in the region. Sweco acted as the construction management consultant during the procurement, development, and implementation phases of the project.
