Sweco<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sweco is leading designing and implementing a series of seminars that provide a dedicated forum for Nordic stakeholders to jointly address complex and cross-cutting adaptation challenges, share experiences and best practices, and strengthen mutual understanding across sectors and governance levels.<\/p>\n<p>The Nordic Climate Adaptation Programme (NCAP) 2025\u20132027, under the Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM) aims to strengthen climate change adaptation efforts across the Nordic region, by establishing a platform for cooperation, enhance knowledge exchange and produce strategic policy advice. The programme is grounded in the Nordic countries\u2019 shared ambition to enhance resilience and sustainability in response to climate change and biodiversity loss.
