The over-50-year-old housing company comprising 8 floors and 144 apartments commissioned Sweco for the project and implementation planning, project management and supervision of its pipeline renovation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;469777462&quot;:[567,1276,2552,3828,5103,6379,8364],&quot;469777927&quot;:[0,0,0,0,0,0,0],&quot;469777928&quot;:[1,1,1,1,1,1,4]}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cIt is important for us that the entire team is fully committed to the project; we\u2019re all in it together,\u201d says\u00a0<strong>Marko Ivanoff<\/strong>, the deputy chairman of the housing company\u2019s board. The benefits of a major engineering company became apparent during the pipeline renovation. \u201dSweco\u2019s operations are characterised by customer orientation, ease of service, expertise and availability. In addition to this, all four of the housing company\u2019s saunas were renovated, and the number of cold cellar stores was reduced, which affects the housing company\u2019s energy efficiency. Carrying out multiple projects in the same residential area provided synergy benefits. \u201cCarrying out pipeline renovations with the same crew means that everyone is familiar with how everyone operates. In his opinion, the projects remained under control exceptionally well. \u201cThe best end result is achieved by working together right from the start.
