Production phase services

Demand-based servicing and maintenance, as well as monitoring operations, keep the process on track throughout the life cycle of an industrial plant, from controlled reception to commissioning and production development.

Controlled deployment and piloting

Seamless cooperation supports a smooth transition from industrial plant design to commissioning. The aim of the plant’s test runs and cold tests is to transition to industrial production in a controlled manner. Operations can also be scaled step by step from laboratory scale through a pilot plant to industrial production. Smooth collaboration with equipment suppliers and other stakeholders ensures that implementation proceeds according to plan and schedule.

Operational development

The life cycle of an industrial plant is long, and maintenance planning is necessary both during the plant’s everyday operations and in situations of change. We help complete the plant’s development projects on schedule, whether it involves increasing production capacity, removing bottlenecks, or switching energy sources from fossil fuels to renewables. When the optimal operation of the plant is developed as a whole, the processes remain efficient, intact, and safe for both the environment and the users of the products.

Maintenance and monitoring

Even during the warranty period, individual components of the plant begin to wear out. Therefore, efficient operations require demand-based and predictive maintenance, as well as long-term planning (PTS). It is also important to monitor industry trends, material changes, and legislation, such as hygiene regulations. When sufficient attention is paid to plant mechanics, adjustments, automation operations, instrumentation, and changes in the production environment during operation, maintenance projects can proceed smoothly from preliminary planning to implementation and commissioning.
