Housing co-operatives may develop their property and plot with complementary construction. Complementary construction allows many housing co-operatives to fund their modernisations, such as pipeline and facade renovations. Sometimes, demolishing an existing building and constructing a new one can be a feasible alternative. We look at the possibilities of complementary construction and prepare plans based on them, for example in the following cases:
