Post-tensioning is a unique method to enhance the capacity and performance of cast-in-place concrete structures.
Prestressing enables watertight, crack-free, and monolithic concrete structures, providing a long service life with minimal maintenance needs. It also allows for more complex and spacious architectural designs, longer spans, and thinner load-bearing structures.
We design prestressed structures for a wide range of projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, parking facilities, deck parking structures, and industrial sites—from nuclear power plant structures to various types of tanks. Post-tensioned cast-in-place structures are also commonly used as load transfer structures.
