Building services supervision can be procured from us as a standalone service, together with structural supervision, or as part of a broader project management service.
As supervisors of building services works, we act as the client’s representative and ensure that the project is executed in accordance with contracts and plans. We verify that all building services systems comply with applicable laws, regulations, authority requirements, and good construction practices.
Our supervision covers the entire project lifecycle, from site start-up to system commissioning, adjustments, handover, and the end of the warranty period.
