In our responsible role, we act as the client’s representative as sustainability and safety coordinators from the very beginning of the project. Our Health and Safety (HS) experts focus on occupational safety and health management, while our Environment (E) experts concentrate on environmental matters and responsible project management tasks. Health and Safety Management (HS)
We promote safety management in projects through risk management, site supervision, and the prevention of the grey economy. We oversee site safety as safety coordinators and as HSE managers/engineers, ensuring that the main contractor and subcontractors comply with applicable legislation.
Safety management also includes cooperation with authorities to prevent the grey economy in projects. In this work, our strong expertise is highlighted particularly in areas such as contractor liability obligations and compliance with legislation on foreign employees.
We provide safety training and inspections, and report any potential safety risks and incidents to the client in accordance with the scope required by the project.
Environment (E)
In projects, we promote environmentally responsible and sustainable project management and construction together with the client. We support the definition of sustainability goals related to, for example, circular economy solutions, low-carbon construction, energy efficiency, and biodiversity.Our sustainability coordinators guide projects toward the defined objectives and develop solutions that contribute to a more sustainable society. We also provide expertise in environmental legislation, the new Building Act, and voluntary environmental initiatives.
HSEQ – comprehensive responsibility and quality management
In addition to HSE functions, we also incorporate quality (Q) into our projects, forming a comprehensive HSEQ management approach. HSEQ integrates health, safety, environmental responsibility, and quality into a unified framework that supports project success from all perspectives.
Quality management is a key element of responsible project management. We ensure that all project phases are carried out in accordance with plans, contracts, and defined quality criteria. Careful quality control and continuous monitoring help prevent errors, improve efficiency, and ensure that the final outcome meets the client’s objectives as well as user needs.
