At the beginning of October, Sweco signed an agreement to acquire Fimpec Group. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved the acquisition in November, and the Fimpec companies have been transferred to Sweco's ownership since the beginning of December. Read more

The aim of the work was to determine what the development of Espoo's energy system enables. The work evaluated the regional economic impacts of the investments required for energy system development, emission impacts, and the investments they make possible. Additionally, the activities facilitated by energy system investments and their impact on the region's economy and emissions were assessed.
