On 31 May 2025, Sipti Oy, Sipti Environment Oy, Sipti Infra Oy and Kymen Sipti Oy will merge to Sweco Finland Oy. Subsequently, the Sipti companies will no longer exist as company names and and instead their operations will continue under the brand Sweco. Read more

In Finland, the environmental impact assessment (SEA) procedure is a statutory process intended to ensure that the authorities' plans and programs adequately consider environmental impacts before making decisions.
